Another episode with Raf picking on Harry; if this wasn't a TV show, I'd be reporting Raf for bullying!! Whilst it's good for Harry to have a nemesis, to see Raf constantly making snide remarks etc. towards Harry is getting a bit boring now. Don't get me wrong, occasionally Harry does need bringing down a peg or two as he can be quite a cocky so and so, but it seems the writers have brought Raf in to constantly bring him down.
This week's episode was set a day after last week's one which meant Harry was still in peoples bad books after the whole gastric band fiasco; however, this didn't stop him from booking a holiday which would have him leave that night!! But when Raf found out, he put a spanner in the works by informing Harry that there were procedures missing from his log book.
To get round this, Harry roped Adele into helping him find all the procedures that he needed to complete on the promise of a drink/dinner that night (a promise Harry had no intention of keeping!) With all the procedures completed, Harry was rather confident about leaving on time; that was until a patient who had been in earlier suddenly arrived back on the ward and Raf put Harry in charge of her, leaving Harry to miss his flight.
I hope that after seeing a side to Harry a few weeks ago when his father appeared on the ward, that we get to see more of it and that the writers don't make Harry a one dimensional character. Only time will tell if Harry and Raf become friends or remain butting heads at every turn; fingers crossed that Raf changes once his wife makes an appearance or that he is seriously bought down a peg or two too!
What do you all think? You know what to do......
