Jules Knight says it was the right time for him to leave Blake as he wanted to concentrate on his acting career. The 31-year-old singer has quit the classical vocal quartet after winning a role in BBC One medical drama 'Holby City', and while he will be sad to leave the group he knows it was an opportunity he couldn't turn down. Speaking about his decision to leave Blake - also made up of Ollie Baines, Stephen Bowman and Humphrey Berney - Jules exclusively told BANG Showbiz: ''I've had an acting agent for a while but I never really had the opportunity to do anything while I was in Blake because the schedule was too busy and we travelled the world. ''But I felt it was the right time for me to pursue my acting ambitions. But I've had an amazing time with Blake and got to do some fantastic things and see some great places. It's just right for me to move on and I'm lucky I've been given such a great role in 'Holby City'. ''There are elements of sadness and I'll miss the music and I'll miss spending time with some great friends. But everything comes to an end. ''Blake was always going to come to an end, or change in this case, and this is the right move for me.'' However, Jules can still be heard on Blake's fourth stdio album, 'Start Over', which is released on March 11. Source: entertainment.stv.tv/showbiz/3195....-acting-career/
